Do You Have a Question?

Brain fart...I'll add something here

What areas do you provide wine cellar services in?

Our primary operational focus is within a 300-mile radius of Atlanta. Our skilled installers are accustomed to traveling and we have dedicated crews in neighboring states, which allows us to efficiently serve clients in those areas. However, we have also established strong connections with customers who have relocated beyond the 300-mile range. In such cases, we strive to accommodate their needs with the same exceptional level of customer service that we provide to all our clients.

Do you collaborate with architects, builders, or designers?

Yes, we are more than willing to work closely with your architect, builder, or designer. We understand that each project is unique and the level of involvement required may vary. In many instances, the builder takes care of the room preparation and installation of the door system, while we focus on installing the racking system. However, we are flexible and can adapt to meet your specific needs. Our goal is to provide a seamless and collaborative experience to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Can you provide wine refrigeration services?

Absolutely! We have extensive knowledge and experience in handling refrigeration needs for wine cellars. We have established relationships with various manufacturers in the market, allowing us to offer a wide range of options to our customers. With our expertise, we can assist you in choosing the best refrigeration unit that suits your cellar space, budget, and specific requirements. Whether you need cooling systems, humidity control, or any other refrigeration services, we are here to ensure that your wine is stored in optimal conditions.

Can you provide different types of wine racking finishes?

We offer a wide range of options when it comes to racking finishes. We have the capability to build racks in-house using various materials, such as wood, and offer a variety of stains, hard finishes, and specialty finishes to suit your preferences. Additionally, we have established relationships with several reputable custom shops that can create racking from different types of woods and provide unique finishes. Whether you're looking for a traditional, modern, or custom design, we can help you find the perfect racking finish to complement your wine cellar aesthetic.

Do you exclusively offer traditional wood racking or do you have other options as well?

We don't limit ourselves to traditional wood racking. In fact, we have partnerships with several modern racking manufacturers, and we even have the capability to create cable systems in-house. We understand that the design trends for wine cellars are constantly evolving, and "transitional" styles are particularly popular right now. So, we offer a wide variety of options in that genre. If there's a specific type of racking or finish that you're interested in and we haven't done it before, we are always open to exploring new ideas and giving it a try. Our goal is to provide you with the perfect racking solution that aligns with your vision and preferences.

Do you offer consulting services for existing wine cellars that have problems with refrigeration, rack design, or room buildout?

Yes, we do offer consulting services for existing wine cellars that may be experiencing issues with refrigeration, rack design, or room buildout. We understand that sometimes wine cellars may not have been built or designed correctly, leading to problems such as inadequate moisture control or improper refrigeration systems. We have experience in addressing these issues and have successfully completed several projects that required fixing these problems. If you have concerns about your existing wine cellar, we are more than happy to assess the situation and provide consultation services. Please note that there may be a small consultation fee associated with this service. Our goal is to help you achieve the optimal functioning and design of your wine cellar.
